Job vacancy [URGENT - JP] HR Manager in Thai Binh

COMPANY OVERVIEW
A multinational Japanese chemical company. Its main products are chemicals and materials science.

LOCATION
Lot CN-03, Tien Hai Industrial Park, Tien Hai Town, Tien Hai District, Thai Binh Province, Vietnam.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Human Resources:

Overseeing all human resources operations, including the review and revision of HR policies, drafting of employment contracts, recruiting and onboarding processes, payroll and bonus calculations, social insurance procedures, and other related HR functions.

• General Affairs:

Managing general affairs activities, such as reviewing and revising general affairs regulations, handling procedures related to the Industrial Relations Commission (IRC) and the Employment Relations Commission (ERC), liaising with authorities (audit support, report preparation, etc.), contract review, conducting various vendor surveys, supporting Japanese expatriates (interpretation, work permit applications, etc.), handling various insurance procedures (fire insurance, workers' compensation insurance, etc.), and other general affairs tasks.

• Supervision and Training:

Managing and providing guidance to the HR and general affairs department staff, including task assignments, performance management, and employee development.

• Reporting and Improvement:

Reporting to the Japanese department head and proposing suggestions for operational improvements and enhancements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

• JLPT N2
• 5+ years of experience in HR and general affairs at a Japanese company
• 2+ years of management experience
• Good at Microsoft
• Willing to commute to Thai Binh
• Experience in Supply chain is preferred

BENEFITS

• Working time: 8h/ per day < from 8:00AM – 17:00 PM>
• Salary: from 20 -> 35 mil depending on abilities and 13th salary
• All benefits in accordance with Labor Law and company’s regulation.
• Works every other Saturday.
• Review salary once a year
